Many people walk around holding onto long forgotten and hidden trauma. It is held in the energy centers that we call Chakras. 

In this mini course, we will discuss the 7 Chakras. What they are, how they affect the body, mind and soul and how to release whatever may be trapped inside of them.

We will be on a Google Meet. Many I phones are tricky with Google Meets. Make sure you are on a Chrome browser or a browser that is compatible. I will not have time to do tech help.
