About the event
Medium Jonna Kay is taking you through a journey of Shadow Work. We will identify triggers and work on integrating the shadow and healing the wounds. Healing the generational traumas.
We will be working on Shadow Work during the dark months of November, December and January!
The perfect time to do this!
There will be journal pages and exercises, chats, and lots of discussion! The link for the chat is in the Honey Bees group event!
